********Closure Notice******

Dear folk,

Unfortunately my uncle passed away on Weds this week.
His funeral has been scheduled for Weds. 4th August. and I will be attending it (out of town).

The Shop Will Be Closed on the 4th (weds.) and 5th (thurs.) of August because of this and I plan (barring any complications)..
to be returning to the shop on the 6th and open regular hours....as regular as they get at Celtic Story.
(Remember if you want to see me ...get to the shop before 2pm).

Change for this year

For the past 5 years I have been leaving the shop and town to attend a Game and perform on the weekend of the 20th August.

This year I will be at the shop that weekend and be leaving on the 27th and 28th August instead.
This weekend is the Hood to Coast Run weekend...and frankly I'll be glad to get out of town at that particular
time.

Last year at this time I was in Scotland...so I hope to see you here this year!

Och Weel !!!!!!

I rarely make a mistake when it comes to obtaining merchandise for a customer...but I recently did so. Here is the story and I hope the woman in question is reading this and will make contact with me so I can remedy this.

You came into my shop a couple weekends ago. You had your heart set on a ring...but I didn't have the correct size for you.
You were looking for a size 5 or 7 in this ring. I taped the ring style to the piece of paper with the details of your name and phone number on it. I ordered the rings you required...and when they were shipped to me I took the ring (that had been taped to the paper) back to the shop....and evidently threw the piece of paper in the trash bin...drrr.
I spent 2 days digging through the trash both at the shop and the house...with no results.
This is a situation which shows once again ...that I am human and make occasional mistakes.

New stock on the shelves today

For those of you that were waiting for the shipment of Claddaugh Rings and Pillboxes along with other great jewellry items from the Homeland ...
are being placed on the shelves today.

Because of the Monday Holiday....I will be in the shop on Mon. for a few hours....
